SOLIDIFY CAST G
- increases the compacting grade of the concrete when vibrated. The performance characteristics are improved, such as mechanical strength and indirect traction; the components are more durable thanks to the reduced water absorption and have higher resistance to abrasion
- does not excessively modify the rheology of the fresh concrete, and may be introduced into the production cycle without taking any particular precautions.
- is particularly suitable for the production of vibro-compressed components, such as blocks, selflocking pieces, Krebs, etc.; the production of extruded components, such as honey-comb floor slabs and large diameter pipes; the production of components which require quick stripping of formwork and/or reduced curing times

HOW TO USE
- CONSISTENCY:
- liquid Color: Transparent, Opaque, Milky White
- Density (20° C): 1.09 10.02
- Chloride Content: ≤2%
- pH Value: 6-8
Introduce SOLIDIFY CAST G with gauging water in the cement mixer after all the other ingredients (cement,aggregates, water and where required, oxide colorants). Mix well until a homogenous mix is obtained.
CONSUMPTION:
Dosage from 0.1 kg to 1 kg per bag of cementitious mixes. Dosage as per concrete trails may be determined, in addition to consulting SOLIDIFY CAST G Technical Services Department. Standard Dosage: 0.2 kg per bag of cementitious mixes.
